Welcome to Peaceful Schools.

Peaceful Schools is a mother and daughter team with backgrounds in education, psychology, and community development.

Between us, we’ve spent decades inside classrooms and leadership roles, working alongside children, teachers, and principals. We understand how schools operate in the real world, not just in theory.

This work has grown from that experience.

We don’t see wellbeing as something that comes from adding more strategies or asking people to cope better.

It’s about creating the conditions for teachers and school leaders across the year, so classrooms feel more settled and there’s more space for learning.

Our work centres around the people at the heart of a school.

Teachers, in creating calm and responsive classrooms.
Children, in developing a sense of safety and emotional regulation.
School leaders, in carrying the responsibility of a whole community without losing their own steadiness.

Principal wellbeing sits at the centre of this. The way a leader feels and responds shapes the tone of a school, and that influence reaches far beyond any one classroom.

We support schools through thoughtfully designed resources and professional learning.

We create planners, tools, and space for reflection that support calm, settled classrooms.

Our professional learning brings together psychology, education, and lived experience, with a focus on what is practical, respectful of time, and relevant to real school settings.
